Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Migration Support website, Telegram bot, membership in ECLECTIE NGO, and services provided by Trade House ECLECTIE SIA. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Legal Entities

This platform operates through two separate legal entities:

• ECLECTIE NGO – a registered non-profit association in Latvia that manages membership, community activities, events, and member resources. Membership fees paid to the association are contributions that support its organisational activities and statutory goals.
• Trade House ECLECTIE SIA – a commercial company that provides paid migration services including document preparation, legal consultations, visa support, and relocation assistance. Trade House ECLECTIE SIA may, at its discretion, offer preferential commercial terms to ECLECTIE NGO members. Such arrangements are governed by the SIA's own terms.

Membership Agreement

By joining ECLECTIE NGO, you become a member of our association. Your membership fee is a contribution to support the association's activities and is not a payment for commercial services. As a member, you may: participate in association events and activities; access member-only resources and information; and participate in association governance as defined in our statutes. Trade House ECLECTIE SIA, as a partner organisation, may at its discretion extend preferential commercial terms to ECLECTIE NGO members. Such arrangements are separate from membership and are governed by Trade House ECLECTIE SIA's own terms of service.

Commercial Services

Paid services (consultation, document preparation, visa support, relocation assistance) are provided by Trade House ECLECTIE SIA. These services are subject to separate service agreements and are charged independently from membership fees. We provide guidance based on current regulations but do not guarantee specific outcomes from government institutions.

User Responsibilities

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for your membership or service requests
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Telegram account used to access our platform

Payments and Fees

Membership fees are recurring contributions to ECLECTIE NGO according to the terms shown before checkout. You can cancel future renewals at any time through our Telegram bot, and your access continues until the current billing period ends unless applicable law requires otherwise. Service fees are charged separately for each service booked through Trade House ECLECTIE SIA under separate service terms.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, ECLECTIE NGO and Trade House ECLECTIE SIA are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of membership benefits, services, or decisions made by immigration authorities.
